    Read above before reading this
The unbiased nature of raffle board is giving lower level player high end stuff. Use of uncommon is a joke because of this.
Now With above idea we can have raffle board levels too. This doesn't affect the above problem directly but its obvious that only high level guilds will have better raffle board and Higher the Guild there will be less of low level players.
    In Short-
Guild raffle board is directly proportional to Guild Level.
    For example-
Lvl 1 guild will have mostly rares max. Uncommon perks will also be there.
And lvl 10 guild wont have uncommon at all.

I didnt say that...devs will decide the exact thing but it should be way better than lvl 1 guild.
What i suggested is at least top guild atleast dont get to see uncommons in their raffle board.
And level one guild wont find epic perks.

Have you seen what some MK1 go through? Being matches up with MK5 sometimes, they need those epic weapons and stuff.

Epic stuffs is not a fix for bad matchmaking.
Just to clarify i m neither against low levels nor in any high level guild. Its a suggestion for making things more balance acc. To my perception of the game , i could be wrong if that the case enlight me with better way, though i do request to see the bigger picture instead of personal interest.

    Think of it.
Everyone is getting matched up with high MK because of their unnaturally high infamy. They need something to defend themselves.
Can't exactly do that with uncommons, you know.

I agree with you in that guilds should have better reward scaling as they get bigger and more powerful.

However, @SupremeCalamitas does have a point in that lower level players nowadays have big problems. If this system you suggest had been implemented back when guild features were brought into the game, it would be great. But now, it'll only make the climb to higher infamies worse.

Instead, why not let basic guilds reap the same rewards they have been receiving so far, and advanced guilds scale up?

Idea is a good one. But what I see some people will deliberately stay low on infamy to level up their guild faster as its easy to win more matches at low infamy.

There will always be such people no matter what game...unless it pays more to stay at high infamy.

You've hit the nail on the head here. Unless a way is found to make tanking unrewarding, we're gonna have a problem with infamy as a scale.

I don’t think lower performing guilds should get weaker boards. They already get fewer rolls, and it would make it harder for fledgling guilds to recruit and hold onto good players.

Low ranked players also probably find it hard to get into top guilds, so they’ll also get few rolls.

I think the boards are already unique for each player, so if it did need balancing, it would be better for it to be balanced for each player, and their infamy, rather than the whole guild.

    indeed

rather than that idea ( buff raffle board ) i think we should be switch at least 1 quest every rivalry , why ? so we could switch from unwanted quest . it's crucial especially in competitive rivary nowaday
