    Increases area of affect by 3

    Plus 10% more damage

    Frost Launcher:
    Allow a training to block all healing

    New Weapon:
    Cryonade
    Launches like a grenade
    Chance to Freeze target
    Perks for it too

    What if we could use fire weapons to unfreeze someone and freeze weapons to put out fires?
