Legendary perks

    Why is it some players get to use multiple legendary perks on a weapon and some of us are not allowed to??o_O

    They ain't using the same ones. There may be multiple perks for one class. Example: speedy and reach cannon damage can be used on same weapon, they don't have the same name, after all.

    Now, people can use four event perks on a cannon; speedy, chill, reach, and crit.
