legendary perk for mine quickshot is bugged

    it seems that the mine is not dealing the damage listed and the 8% damage boost is not working properly. im getting damage numbers which deal 17%-20% less than the listed damage and no higher than 5% of total damage on the biggest of damages. i thought the variance was +/-10%. i’m not sure if the cooldown effect is working properly either but i assume it is i will have to check into that also right now.

    i think the cooldown effect works properly but the perk damage +8% does not

    Did you take the error margin(+-10%) that applies to all weapons, under consideration?

    the damage is about 4070 and the damages were between 3200 and 4250 which means one of the perks or talents weren’t working properly
