League infamy requirement/bonuses information?

Is this all posted somewhere? I've yet to find a good way to figure it out in game, since we apparently can't browse rankings within a given league, but (inexplicably) only our own. I also checked the wiki and it doesn't seem to have a listing of any sort. If I'm not mistaken, and this is missing/blocked/whatever, is there a reason for it, or has it simply not been added? If that's all it is, I'd like to propose a feature for the game:

We can already look at the rankings within our own league and their associated rewards, why not expand that to other leagues? I mean, obviously to some extent this is just a QoL change, but it would be nice to see exactly what league requirements and current rankings are for any given league (that is, including Div III/II/I, instead of just the bare minimum for that league as a whole) and what would change in our rewards for achieving that level.

Somewhat related, can someone explain the various lines that show up when looking through league ranking info? Presumably the up/down arrows denote cutoffs for moving up and down a rank, but specifically: why are there two upward arrows, but only one downward? What's the difference?

 

Two ups will be two leagues up, I hope nobody is dropping two leagues in a season..

 

Every player above the up arrow will be promoted to the next league. And every player below the arrow will be demoted to a lower league. The arrow also indicates to what league the players will be promoted/demoted.
