Issue when evolving epic Bandage

    i evolved an epic bandage from tier 3 to tier 4. The Hit Points remained the same and the gear score dropped by 263. This seems off to me.

    It's possible that the Bandge improved by a fraction of a point, and so the rounded total wasn't changed.
    There's no good explanation for the Gear Score going down. Every time I evolve an item, I see a little animation of Gear Score decreasing, but then another animation shows Gear Score increasing by more than it decreased. I'm pretty sure the final Score is greater than the Score before the item was evolved.
