    What is the difference between level 8
    Isak or swift in unlocking level 2 evolution ?

    Each crew specializes in different items. In this case Isak has grenades, frost blaster and frost launcher. Swift on the other hand has carronade, turbo, and overboost. The level 8 talent unlocks the tier 2 upgrade for their specific items they specialize in.
