Is tier 4 rare mine worth it?

    What is the dmg of tier 4 or tier 5 rare mine with blastian trained to lvl 26 ?
    Edit: does the answer includes perks too?

    Here is my mine. When they hit it they know it so tier 4 max has got to really hurt. Hope this helps
