Is this a bug comrades developers?

    Is this a mistake or was it conceived? After the upgrade, all the guns remained with the same reload time. Why did the tape suffer? Will this be fixed or will it be?

    Its because of the talent change. Maybe they moved the cooldown reduction to later upgrades?
