Is it possible to restore item's?

    I was scraping gray junk and something glitched, because I touched a gray bandage to scrap.
    The confirmation box showed the bandage but it scraped my blue rail gun with the gray bandage staying.
    Please help.

    I'm sorry, but from what I've heard the developers cannot restore scrapped items.

    As long as it was T1 it's fine. Just use a torp or ex/blast cannon till you get another rail
