Atm we have leagues for individual players; Challenger, Warrior, Master etc. but what if we had similar leagues for guilds, and the rivalry payout would change based on that? At the moment, it is much much easier to win a rivalry if your guild is a lower rank, as you will be placed against weaker guilds who are more likely to have less active players. However, if you're in a top 100 guild for example, almost everybody you play against has a full squad of active members making rivalry victories much more difficult. If we had guild leagues, it would incentivize players to get to a higher infamy and hopefully discourage players from purposely losing games to maintain a low infamy. I do not know the specifics for something like this, but here's an example of how I think this should work:
Leagues: (names are not for real lol)
    1 - cool kids
    Current rivalry rewards +35%
    2 - kinda good
    Current rewards +20%
    3 - not bad
    Current rewards +10%
    4 - scrubs
    Current rewards

But then how do quests affect the guild members, because if they continue as they are right now people trying to complete low leveled weapon quest and dropping infamy won't be good for the guild league mechanic, if they do this (not a bad Idea ) they should only fix the algorithm for quests to not be as difficult as it is, for example in Daymare league we get a blast cannon quest, its finished in no time, but if we get a ballpark mortar shocky has to do it himself so we are stuck on it for a long time...
