    I started this game a week ago . And even after winning the battle Infamy are still ( - ) . What the hell is this I am not getting it .

    I see an easy fix for this... Beginners DON'T LEVEL UP TO CAPTAIN LEVEL 10. Keep playing at capt level 9 and build up an arsenal of weapons and items first, for as long as you can...
