Infamy reward cut off

    Hey,

    I haven't seen anything like this suggested yet, but is there any consideration of making the highest dmg/repr member of the losing team and lowest of the winning team have infamy unaffected by a match? It would definitely cure the problem I've had where you just have a streak of abysmal teammates and tanking out infamy even though you're dealing the most dmg and pulling stars on a lose. Also nothing like going out there and swinging away while someone sits in the way back not contributing to a win.

    Well sorry to say I don't think this will happen. If you think about it, the scoreboard is not actually 100% accurate in determining one's contribution in battle, whereas playing 100+ battles and averaging your win rate is a much much better decider in determining one's "ability to contribute in battle" aka infamy. It may seem like you are getting scammed in a few battles, but it probably goes both ways.

    Also shooters have an easier time climbing the post-battle boards than most other ships.

    If we did do this, expect damage focused shooters to rise in infamy, and yet have a lower than 50% win rate. If you need me to explain this I can.
