Request to Implement Guild Quests lock by Officer and leader
Where officer and leader can lock the quests,
In many guild there is a problem, that some players blindly go for quests and does not listen to guild members.

in this case Guild Quest lock can control such players. so that every one will work together according to leader and officers suggestion.
mostly some will not watch the guild chat, so it happens.

    Guild Quests lock:
Quests can be locked or unlocked only by leaders or officers.
there should be more options for guild.

I can understand why a guild leader would want this, but surely getting the guild to work together is half the fun?

Also I feel like this would just make it easier for guild leaders to manipulate quest progress in an unscrupulous way. For example, you could lock quests at 99% complete, and then wait for the last moment, to either complete them and surprise your rivals, or (if you can’t win anyway) leave them incomplete to lower your rating for the next week.

Seems unnecessarily complex and prone to misuse.
Just give us a proper MOTD-functionality (message-of-the-day), so that officers and guild leader can easily inform members about standing orders without it being drowned in regular chat.

"Players not listening to guild officers" can be solved socially (ex: warnings or kick) as long as the members have been properly informed.
If you want to "hold quest" for instant surprise mass completion, then enforce it socially. If you want quests done in a specific order, then enforce it socially. There should be some advantage to being a well coordinated team.

I think both methods are good. I have former teammates that just love to dive into all cannons, dmg dealer, and other easy quests. How about we have both the MOTD and lock quests.
