Idea for better Custom! Custom Map Servers

As for intro, I tried planning Custom by asking for custom sub forum.

But people don't seem to have enough motive.
Main reason- It doesn't pay to play custom. And we always need more gold and sugar. Also quests.
Why should we bother making Custom Better:
1- you can play with more than one of your friends
2. You go against same team again and again, they try to understand your game and counter it and you do the same. Makes it more skilled game. Makes it a different experience.

Solutions-
Custom Map Servers-
Say there will be Custom Server for Each Map. For example:
(Green for active player)
Subzero-
Battle field 1(5v5)(8)
Battle field 2(5v5)(7)
........so on upto 10 or more depends on crowd.

♀ Reason to play- for each win for a player his/her Guild get 1 battle point on that Custom Server.
Guild with most Battle Point on that Custom Map Server will claim the Map Server and will get Normal rewards as main battle(without losing or gaining infamy). For example if xxxxx guild has most Battle Points on Subzero then-
Subzero(Ruler-XXXXX)-
Battle field 1(5v5)(8)

There will also be rewards for everyone but less than main battle.
♀ Rules-
1. Rewards (no ads) less than main battles.
2. Rewards only will be available on server battles, free style custom still be the same as now.
3. 4+ members required per battle field.
4. Member of more than one guild will be required.
5. ( For later )

♀ Custom Map Servers will be different for Top 50 guilds. So there will be two server for Each Map for Example -
Subzero(Top 50) and Subzero
Top 50 guild member wont see subzero and below top 50 wont see subzero(Top 50). Though everyone can see which guild is ruling which map.
