    What was your highest infamy? If your current infamy is lower than 800 from your highest infamy you'll not get any rewards as you're flagged as Infamy Tanker.

    If you aren't getting at least 1 star for wins, then you are considered an infamy tanker as shadow moon said. Better get up in the infamy quick!
