I need some help with crew training calculations

    I need to know how much captain XP is required from level 36 to lv 39.
    I also need to calculate an average of how many hours of training crew is required to gain that amount of XP.

    If i can get this information i can calculate how many pearls it would cost to speed up these times.

    NOTE: pearls to speed up only, not buying any sugar
