I just want my screen to rotate for typing...

I play on an iPhone SE, which is basically a 5s with upgraded internals. The return button is huge and really easy to hit when the screen is rotated longways. I am constantly hitting the return button and sending half-typed messages. I just want my screen to rotate back to the way that I (and every other smart-phone user I've ever seen) actually types with their phone... short ways. Either that or disable the return button and only make a button in the game itself send the message.
