I have accidently given control of the guild to a new guy who we can't communicate with.

    Screenshot_20180516-185905.png Please help me restore guild leadership back to myself.
    I was in the process of organizing the guild, when I accidentally promoted a Turkish speaker guild leader.
    We can't chat with him, he seams to have it blocked.
    Please help.

    Unfortunately it can't be reversed if I'm not wrong?:confused:

    But in case devs could give help you should tell them your player tag, guild name,the time you promoted that guy, and that guys player tag

    Devs have said that management of guilds is the guild leaders responsibility, meaning they cannot help you here, unfortunately.

    Unfortunately the devs don't even have the tools in place to do anything with the ranks of guild members...
    That really is to bad though, keep trying to communicate with him.

    Make A New One And Change the settings of this one to "open", so that by chance if the guy leaves you can all comeback to your old guild and have the Legacy live on or enjoy the new one.

    Or maybe friend someone who speaks Turkish? That guy still may not want to give you back your leadership status though...

    Tried this they have chat blocked. Also tried customer service and was told "My name is Stefan and I'm a member of the Player Support team that work on the Battle Bay game. Regrettably, we do not interfere with the internal affairs of the guilds in Battle Bay (as long it does not break our Code of Conduct). Because of this, We are unable to switch guild leader in any guild. I hope that you will be able to sort the situation with the leadership of ROYAL CARIBBEAN."

    I'm at a loss here. I have provided proof of this issue. I have had other players try to assist! But I haven't heard a peep from any customer support representative as far as I know.

    Your TOS states:

    3. Code of conduct
    You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
    • Disrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of the Services or otherwise act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience when using the Services.
    Well this is what I'm experiencing right now! Please help me get this guild back!

    Because he is not able to be contacted, most of us as well as volunteers have tried. He has guild control of a guild not his.
    I can't manage the guild to boot inactive players who are free loading for all the active members work.
    He is interfering with the active members enjoyment of the game. By not restoring the guild to the actual management the productivity is suffering.
    The active members have to attempt to make up the slack of free loading inactive members.
    We loose the ability to earn better rewards, as a guild from game play as well as fleeting with like minded players.
    If this could please be resolved all active members of our guild would be very grateful.
    I hope this provides you the clarification and, reason why we desire assistance with this matter.
