I have a problem

    then when I shoot with the ruilgun or the cannon expolisve, sometimes the damage is not scored but the target hit

    This is a known issue. Search forums and you will see that this is an ongoing issue that people have been complaining about for weeks.

    Lag is always going to be a bit of a thing, but TBH I've seen more missed hits lately than ever. If I were a betting man, I'd wager that Rovio has been scaling down their Battle Bay server farm to save money.
