    Not sure about a purchase, but I know that a guildmate did it with an achievement reward (I believe it was the crew retraining one?)

    LOL I cannot in good conscience drop 750 pearls on spec... besides, there’s ONE upgrade between me and Mark 5 glory..

    So my motivation is lacking

    Can do by quests. The rares ones give 200k+ sugar, and are quite helpful for an extra increase holding more sugar.
    To do this, Just complete the quest, collect upto max sugar your storage can store, then upgrade a common item, and collect from the quest.

    Yep yep... but getting Mark 5 is a significant stretch... this way I can save my pearls. Plus you know how RNGesus loves to mess with us. All gold quests right now. But jokes on them! I’m also saving to buy MK 5 defender!

    Purchased resources will overflow always. Otherwise you would lose your pearls/money which is obviously not something anybody wants. :)

    Sorry... do you mean even if you are over max?? I assumed that it would just become available after you had room for it.

    Thanks for the clarification Mika this makes me much more inclined to spend those pearls!
