and I must say it's still a really bad solution to a misunderstood problem. I'll still assert that the NML reset is even more of an issue though.

What are your thoughts on both? Does the 800 Infamy drop penalty still make sense? Does the NML Reset still make sense at 4000?

I definitely want the nightmare league to be more segregated. The ceiling has to be raised. It's about God damn time. I don't understand why it hasn't been done at.

And for infamy drop penalty, it has to be there else too many players would suicide or loose infamy purposely. This is the reason why Devs introduced it in the first place. And again, this might not be the best option for it though! One way to make players don't drop on purposely is to increase the rewards of the season. And also, make the star box much valuable at higher leagues.

The key is that I have not lost a single match on purpose, yet I get penalized. Whatever the devs think they are doing is not working.

I have others in my guild in the same situation, and it started this past season. My theory is that the Events have been conflicting with NML Reset. NML Reset was designed before Events... what happened these past two seasons were two week-long events, followed by a little break and 4-days of events. There was not even half the season available in ranked matches for NML Reset to work as intended... allow everyone to get back to true Infamy.

In other words, we have a perfect storm of Events clashing with NML Reset clashing with Seal Clubbing penalty... and no one at Rovio seems to be on the watch. I'd like to see more active game management for a company that has increased their ask for premium money.
