I Feel Like I'm Surfing

    Don't you hate it when the water blocks your shot? Like really the waves are taller that Everest, I feel like I'm ship surfing, yes it does make the water more realistic...

    It is annoying, but it also means people miss you... its an awesome mechanic imo. Once you get used to it

    Yeah, it's annoying. The water isn't realistic at all, actually. The spastic rising and falling is just a mechanic to make the environment more interesting to fight on. It's great when it works in your favor, but getting shots blocked by the water also frustrates me.

    When you get used to it, you will learn to surf in the valleys of the waves to make it harder for unfriends to hit you, rise to the top and shoot, then duck back down while your weapons recharge. Also, allegedly, riding the waves can make you go faster, but I've never managed to 100% confirm that...

    I've always thought being on the down-slope of a wave made you go faster, but I don't know if it just feels faster or actually is faster.

    Love the waves, they make the game a ton more interesting (for me)!

    I'd love to see more weather effects added (fog, varying size of waves, etc.)

    You could have the friends and unfriends team up and have to battle a sea monster in the middle of the battle.

    For a speeder it is easy to find out if u go faster down the waves.

    Especially because back then i was a triple overboost abuser ;)
