    Remember that Torp Perk that gave Burn Damage? How does that percentage chance calculate for hitting multiple targets? Does the percent calculate for each instance? Or does it calculate separately for each target hit?

    Because i shot a torp that probably hit 3 peoole at the beginning of the game and gave me a burn achievement which surprised me. Now i'm super interested.
