How is the guild rivalry organized?

    It's based on the amount of quests the guilds completed in prior 2 weeks.
    It doesn't look at the global ranks or player levels, so suppose if you're a #2000 global ranked guild with level30 players you might still be matched against #20 global ranked guilds with all level50 players just because the amount of quests completed was similar
