How Good Are You?

I have made this simple equation to figure out how well you are progressing in battle.
90+ IPL means you are doing very good (means you are increasing about 1000 infamy every 10–15 captain levels)
50+ IPL means you are making gradual progression (means you are increasing about 1000 infamy every 15–20 captain levels)
49- IPL means that you have average progression (means you are increasing about 1000 infamy every 20–25 captain levels)

(IPL)- Infamy Per Level

Take your infamy now and divide it by your captain level
Look at the number that you will get

To put it in a better perspective, multiply that number by how many levels you need to get to level 50
Then add this number to your infamy now.

Example my infamy is 3318
I’ll divide that by my captain level of 35 to equal about 95
I need 15 more levels to get to level 50 sooooo....
I’ll multiply 15 by 95 to get 1425
Then I’ll add this number to my infamy now to predict what my infmay should be at level 50.
And I get 4743! Woohoo!

That multiply by 100 rule doesn't seem to work as well... I'm level 34 but only 2700 infamy

 

And most people at that captain level are even lower infamy.

IPL of 100 seems like a reasonable ''good player' measurement till you reach lvl 40 & Nightmare. I leveled up safely above that figure and I am by no means more than mediocre.

Below that and you might be decent and even above average, but you aint no superstar.

How you fare afterwards is more a matter of choice, until you can reach top 50 (5.3k infamy or so) there is zero gain from doing the infamy farm every two weeks. Better off farming guildquests!

/Lvl 44, 3800 infamy atm, peaking around 4900 if we get alot of fixer quests! But no point focusing on winrate in the current system.

 

This is the system that I use to judge myself. I’m hard on myself.

93,97*12= 1127,64
1127,64+3571= 4698 Yaiii!

Nice idea haha except the last part (which I think it’s not a very accurate prediction) but in general it’s a smart way to compare skill mathematically liked it!

I'm currently level 28 and hitting about 1500 infamy. That puts me somewhere between the 25th and 5th percentile.. probably something like 18th percentile. Or, flopping the numbers so low level is better, I'm in the 82nd percentile or top 20%.

Find your point on the chart. You're in the top xxx percent. If I had the raw data I could make a google sheet with the proper formulas in it to give you an accurate rating.
