How do I change a previously trained skill of a crew?

Hi,

I have trained Bhurt to level 3 but want to change a skill set I selected when he was level 2 to the other option. In this case, I selected Blast Cannon damage over Sniper Critical hit chance. Now I want to select Sniper Critical Hit Chance. How do I do it? The last time I tried retraining, it didn't allow me to retrain for some reason. In the older version all I had to do was retrain.

Guys I can't retrain my crew's talents! The game won't let me
When I click the retrain button it becomes impossible to click the apply button, is that a thing or am I missing something

 

I did select the skill that I want to retrain but I just can't apply that's the problem!!!

 

One of my crew is currently in training, I'll send the screenshot in the next 16hr

 

I know That, that's why I said in the next 16hr when he's done training,
Then I'll try to retrain a skill, take a screenshot of the issue and send it, that's what I meant

 

See what am saying, when I select retrain the apply button becomes kinda grayed out! Not available for me!
Even if I select the skill that I want to retrain, same goes for all my crew members, how do I fix this?.

 

Click the icon on the right side of the screen after pressing retrain

 

Wow thanks man that actually worked!
Didn't Know that icon by the right side does something, thought it's just there as a sign that you are about to retrain a skill!
