How are guild quest chooses?

    So quests are different for each guild in the same rivalry. How are they chooses?
    Is it random or is choosen based on what weapons members have?

    We haven't had a long range mortar quest yet but I just got an epic. I want to keep it in case, but don't want to find a challenge because I kept it and I'm the only one with it and it being a t1. That'll suck on board 3.
