High Rank Repair Bolt Opinions?

    I've been running Repair Bolt on a Mk 4 a lot around 1800 infamy, and it seems to do respectably well compared to similar ships using a Pulse setup (screenshot attached). I don't want to call it good because I also dropped 200 infamy when I picked it up, though that could just be a coincidence.

    The Bolt just released recently, so I haven't been able to find many opinions on it, yet. Has anyone in rank 3000 or 4000 used it extensively yet, that can give us a heads up on how it performs later? I'm predicting that while the HPS isn't bad, it's complete lack of self-healing might get in the way. But what really happens?

    BrittanySpears uses it 24/7. It's OP in the high ranks. He/She is in nightmare league.

    She has youtube videos and livestreams of it.

    OP is probably pushing it. If you check out his profile now you'll see that its not equipped anymore and he is back to double pulse.

    He changes it up. Both weapons and repair items. But it's not OP at all. The heal is AMAZING but the cooldown makes it far from OP
