Hey how about timed chat?

    Many games nowadays will limit your ability to use world/global chat to once per 2-5 minutes. You can avoid that by buying some shop item. Just a thought to help clean up the horrendous spamming we are getting now.

    It is nearly unbearable at the moment. Would not complain about any measure taken to help it a bit. Although I'm super happy to see so many new players. :)

    My idea is a bit different- league specific filters in global. Players can choose to enable or mute chats from any league. that way we can all get some peace from the horde... maybe they unlock as you progress in leagues, getting the option to mute the chat in the league lower than you... or maybe anybody can do it from day one. New players could listen to nightmare league chat, but not participate. Nightmare / ace league players could get a little peace...

    Then there is even more incentive to progress in leagues!

    Same goes for friend requests. Check box filter that states: "Accept friend requests from the following leagues:"

    this. I read your post about how many requests you have and while mine is nowhere near that, I am getting tired of level 2-3 players with painfully obvious troll names sending requests

    Both filter systems are essential and work together. Right now, I can't participate in global chat at all. If I do, I get flooded with friend requests.
    @Charlotte Douche only 20 friends? You are very selective! I'm at almost 200... it's important to know who is online in nightmare league. It's also important to know when @SirojPr / Blacktail goes into battle so I can queue while he is busy. :p
