Help with why members in my team are getting hammered on infamy and bad matchups from the game

Hi can anyone help explain why two members in my team are being hammered with the game matchups. I have two players that are really good players and vast amounts of matches between them, both players have mk7 ships both players should have reasonably high infamy but no matter how hard they try in there matches they lose. I really want this looked in to , I will post these matches to help show what I mean because I need help before I lose two good players, I can vouch that it's not them doing this on purpose

 

What is their approximate infamy?

 

There under 1000 now being thrown in matches with players of 2300 plus

Here's just one of there recent matches her player name is hazzard and if I can't figure this out I reckon she's gonna stop the game because rovios response to her was they are tanking so I'm gonna start giving yous evidence to back they are not tanking is this ok?

 

What is there highest infamy ever? Is it more than 800 above their current?

 

Wait that's the tanking thing again have u not read these messages from the start including the posted match and your really gonna try saying it's ment, I know this isn't intentional so y show u a match if I didn't

 

I need help with it not told an answer from the rule book will yous watch the match trust me IL post more to show when I get the match IDs

 

So three things:

1. Mk7s tend to get matched against similar ships, which are usually in the 2500+ range. This is to stop them from bullying lower mk ships. If she has another ship which a lower mk, she should use that to get some easier matches while she builds her weapons up more.

2. Your friend Hazard appears to be having connection issues, which might explain why she can’t hit anything. A better internet connection would definitely help.

3. The game you linked had a floater in it. So she was probably always going to lose that one regardless.

 

Thank u the float is from my team he got cut off, this is obv the only match I'd I had but hazzard has been in three teams with me she's really good with just under 20k matches but it's started to go downhill from the start of this team she's not had it easy and this genuinely is the worst it's got and I've tried going threw her crew training etc. She's tried asking about it on here and all she's getting are the tanking spuel

 

Yes I have read the previous messages. The reason why I asked if she is in the tanking zone is because once your in the tanking zone you get matched with your highest infamy instead of your current, which would explain why she was matched with 2300+ infamy at 1000 infamy.
