Help! Speeder/enforcer advanced tips?

    Ever since the update and the one before, I've been dropping infamy from 1200 to 600. Possibly because I don't face easier opponents after a loss. This can only mean that my skill is bad. I know this question comes up a lot but can you give me some advanced tips for speeder and enforcer?
