Help please

    Everytime I click on the guild icon, nothing happens...I'm level 8 so I'm a noob...do you have to be a certain level before it will let you do anything guild related?

    Nevermind, just read the whole guild system is down...IT'S BEEN DOWN SINCE I DOWNLOADED THE GAME...WTF???
