Firstly, please rearrange your inventory so its easier to see next time..

Blue items, ok but personally i prefer shield to bandage at lower level
Yellow, fine but may want to swap out TS when nerf comes*

Red.. hmmm
You have options

Swap out mine for blast cannon so you benefit more from flare gun ( and get fire perks ofc)
Or/and
Swap TS with frost and run your strongest torp
Or/and
Level up explodo cannon and swap out normal cannon

Basically, i dont like normal cannon, even tho higher paper dps, u stil have to target and hit. "Burst" dps always better over sustained, esp until all the fixer quit next patch anyway

 

My Blast cannon does 15 more damage then my standard cannon and I can't equip exploding cannon without having to swap out two items, but thanks for the good feedback.

 

Here is my arranged inventory
Far left cannon railguns carronades 2nd to the left mortar's and grenade's 3rd to the left incendiary weapons 3rd to the right mine and torpedos 2nd to the right yellow items and extra item parts far right item parts bottom blue. Extra note there are more duplicates on each ship.

With the patch, snipe is nerf, overboost is nerf, and teslashield too... Nearly all your build.
In yellow you got no control. Just a form of defense ver and ts. Choose at least 1 control (like teslabolt, frost blaster) quite useful when a crazy opponent appear in middle of your team.
After about weapon, 2 snipe is too much, regular mortar or flare gun can be a good idea.
You got a short range yellow power for long range weapon... So do you need so much protection ?
