Help - Connection pbm

    Hello,
    Since yesterday and for no apparent reason, I can’t use BB anymore.
    I’m stuck at the first screen, gauge blocked, message “connection”... but it freezes right there’re and nothing happens! I have internet connection of course.
    FYI, I’m playing on iPad.
    Can anyone help or provide guidance ? Wouldn’t want to lose my account, I’m level 42 (or 43)

    Well, I've tried getting conected using my iPhone hotspot and it worked. So I thought it was my Internet box. I rebooted the box but no effect. I reinstalled the game but no effect...
    What bugs me is that BB is the ONLY game that's not working with internet on my iPAD. All the others are... Soooo can anyone give me a clue ? Is there such a thing as an IP adress being "blocked" ? Why do it ? I'm a normal user (who's spent money on this game btw)
