Harder punish floaters

is it annoying for you when you lose battlws just because your teammates are floaters?
my answer is yes, I lost loads of infamy just because I have floaters in my team, now you might say "but they get punished..." and it would be false because it happens often to me that I meet same mk5 floaters in several battles in a row and then I meet them after few days again so I know they don't get punished even after several floated matches in a row and it's just bad for others to meet people like this in almkst every second or third battle, how are you supposed to gain infamy when you have floaters in your team?
I suggest this:
ban them (players) for few days if they are floating in X matches (I suggest 3) in one day, I admit that you might sometimes lost internet connection but normal people don't join more battles when they lost connection in 2 battles so I think floating in 3 battle should be considered as intentional floating and it should be punished hard

The problem with that is they would just drive around not shooting or shooting walls.
Report and move on, the devs are working on it.

 

I know it would be right but I keep loosing matches and dropping infamy because of them so I can't get back to master
