Guild Sabotage

    One of our guild officers went psycho, rage quit the guild, and kicked loads of people out to be spiteful.

    Will those players now lose thier rewards? And is there anything that can be done about it?

    Sounds like a jerk. But from what I understand they will not recieve tokens. :/

    Yea. Sometimes I wish I had spent tens of thousands of $$$. Just so one day I could refund when I get punished for a mistake on rovio's part. Then maybe they'd get hint they are doing something wrong... lol

    It did seem wrong. It was like two hours before the rivalry ended and the two players that got kicked both contributed a lot.

    I’m not sure what the drama was about, but I think he got mad because his alt got kicked, even though it was a mk1 that hadn’t contributed all season.

    Really sorry to hear that - and yes they would not get their rivalry rewards.

    For now, we are leaving any and all guild management in the hands of players so we won’t interfere.

    All I can advise is to chose your guild leaders and officers carefully.

    Its quite hard to judge someone behind a visual interface so u got to do what u do best and sometimes u might make the wrong decisions. i FEEL SORRY FOR UR GUILDMATES THOUGH but me f is only going to get 5000 tokens myself as it is quite a hard rivalry

    I think the best solution from rovio s side would be, that a player gets the reward from the rivalry he is in first, and only one reward per rivalry season is possible per player. So you choose in which guild you start your rivalry and up to you, to contribute for a good reward then.
    I would like to know, when to change clan, without loosing a rivalry season reward.
    Anybody knows?

    The fact rivalry rewards are lost upon leaving a guild by any means is a separate issue. I only commented on our stance on do we interfere with guild business - for now we do not.

    Regarding the general discussion on not earning guild rivalry rewards with joining/leaving - this is still being reviewed. We got a lot of good feedback already here.

    If there are any changes to the current system I’ll be happy to share them with you in an upcoming update or hot fix.

    Hey, can you do this thing that Boom Beach does? An officer is only allowed to kick two members and then his kick ability goes on cooldown for 24 hours.
