Guild Rivalry Challenges!

This is an idea I had to make rivalries a bit more competitive. Proper guild battles are probably too difficult to organise for most guilds, so I thought of the next best thing: challenges.

The idea is simple. Each board will have a certain number of quests replaced by ‘challenges’.

A challenge is very similar to a quest, it might be to get kills, or weapon damage etc... However, unlike a quest, it can only be attempted once (one game), and whatever you get is your guild’s score for the challenge.

The guild that scored the highest wins that challenge, and will get a number of rivalry points.

So for example, if it’s a kill challenge, and your rival scored 2 kills, then you would have one game in which to try and score 3 kills to win the challenge.

Because you’re competing with other guilds directly for the points, each challenge is like a mini rivalry in itself.

I like the idea, but I would change it. Leave guild quests as they are and make a seperate tab with challenges. There can be multiple. For example, "most healing done in one battle", "most damage done in one battle", "most kills scored in one battle". These challenges could update during the rivalry to always display the current record, and which player from which guild achieved it. When the rivalry ends, guilds could get extra raffle tokens for each challenge they won.

 

Sure,this could be a new addition to BATTLE BAY.
