Guild quest and rivalry keeps loading, boosts inactive.

    Guild Quests and Rivalry keeps loading and boosts are inactive, other in-game functions are perfectly fine. I can do battle normally. I have tried restarting my phone, re installing the game and restarting the game many times. It just doesn't load. Help please.
