Guild Level

    Guild level can be based on how many quests that have been completed in total.
    Benefit comes with guild level for every member. Such as:
    1. Gold and sugar discount on weapons upgrade and crew training
    2. Faster crew training (stackable on VIP)
    3. Increased rewards on I Love U box

    Cos as of right now every guild just look the same for me except on their infamy and global rank.

    With the implementation of guild level, it gives more incentives for players to fire their guild to top level.
