Guild leader M.I.A. how to promote another to leader

    Our guild leader has been MIA for a few weeks with no word...how do we get someone else promoted to leader so we can recruit for guild wars? Or do we have to make a whole other guild and move everyone over? If we have to do that will we get penalized in guild wars?

    as far as I know it's a case of a new guild and moving over, but it's best to wait until the new season starts.
    that way you all get the rewards of the current season and the new one. I made a suggestion ages back that a co guild leader needs to be brought in but was shut down by forum members saying it's unnecessary as officer's are fine

    unfortunately not, I'm the guild leader of mine and I hate that I can't have a co leader the officers can only invite or boot non officers. it's almost useless
