Guild Infamy requirements

    Since the update especially I have noticed so many new guilds. Kids with 150 infamy begging for players to join. Spamming the world chat to find someone and getting Nothing. there are way too many noobs making guilds.
    So my suggestion is.
    Along with the 100,000 suga required to make a guild, make it that you must have 500+ infamy to create one. Or level 25. Something to just slow down the production of guilds.
    Anyone else got any ideas or complaints in this area???

    All these guild were full of under 1000 imfamy players.
