Google play sync bug

    I cannot sync my game with google play. I just lost my 12 lvl id. I couldn't join the guild so i cleared the cache hoping to solve the problem. But i ended up loosing everything.

    You should contact to developers directly (email: support@rovio.com). You might want to try sync with your facebook if you did it on that lv 12 account. It might help.
    Guilds and global chat is still under maintance so please do not try to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    I hope this helps and hopefully you get your old account back

    I did the exact same thing. I contacted support last night and finally got a response late this morning. They asked for me to provide a bunch of account details and that was five hours ago... still no update.

    Definitely some of the worst customer support I've ever seen.

    I haven't connected to the facebook account to sync from it. Because when i tried to sync to fb it didnt work. So my account was not synced to fb
