getting disconnected with wifi connection

    I am from egypt with te-data ISP
    router type : ZTE ( ZXHN H108N )
    my internet speed is 2 mb
    My ping is 175
    And game keeps dc me everytime i try to play i lost 500 infamy in 2 days .
    But when i play with 4g connection i get ping 220 but game works sometime dc sometimes not but it works .
    What i need to know is it the game problem or the ISP problem because i got tired trying to convese the ISP costumer service that its there problem and they say talk to game developers your connection is working just fine .. so anyone have any solution or have the same problem and solved it please say what to do .
    Do i change the router or higher my speed .. btw the game was working very very good with no lag or anything just past 3 days i was unable to play .. please help me
    Btw only 2 devices on the router 2 mobiles and no download or anything

    That sounds really very frustrating - sorry to hear it :(

    In essence there is not much we can do regarding the connection issues - it is not a game issue.

    It can be router problem.. not delivering enough data packets to Ur mobile or in other words, low signal strength.
    2nd can be Ur phone software needs an update.
    Compatibility issues may be
    Try using some other network or update the game

    I have used another network with 4 mb speed and game worked good .. and now i going to change router .. next move will be higher my internet speed from 2 mb to 4 mb

    2mb?

    Not even sure that's available in UK.
    My ISP offers 50mb as standard.

    2mb sounds painful bro

    Bro I have this same connection issue... It's almost a week now and together I have lost 1k infamy. It really sucks...very frustrating.... I need help

    my download speed is 250 kb/s to 400 kb/s and game developer say you only need 50 kb/s to have good gameplay

    Changed the router to TENDA router .. problem fixed
