Frost reduces healing / fire buffs healing / new poison effect

    Frost buff v2, here it is

    The frost effect COMPLETLY stops healing, while also, keeping the freeze after a weapon hits it.

    the fire effect BUFFS healing by 25% while inflicted, it also keeps the fire when a weapon hits it.

    .: New poison effect :.
    Weakens attack by 10-60% and makes their agility slowen down.

    ! big weapons stop freeze / fire !
    Think of this, a pebble hits an ice cube, the ice cube remains intact.
    But, a large weapon like a torpedo, or a mortar will reduce the freeze / fire duration by 50%.
    Any other weapon will have the effect stay

    I don't think it makes sense to stop fire with hits

    Yep! But the explosion would need to cover the entire boat (since the animation shows the entire boat on fire), the only big gun capable to do that is big bertha (I don't think it needs a nerf)... And I'm not even considering the fire could be not only on the boat surface but also between its parts, you'd need to destroy the entire boat in order to extinguish its fire by an explosion :)

    What's with people wanting to punish healing all the time... Other than myself going on about a means of reducing damage, I never see a thread about that >.>

    1) Frost can already be talented to reduce healing by 50%. Another healing block (Tesla B being the obvious) is too much. Now! If that frost can reduce damage by x% I'm all for it, on the basis that frost slows the projectile speed or effective damage by considering the projectile 'frozen'.

    2) Burnice has a mandatory talent for a flare that reduces healing received by 30%. Bhurt can talent canons to increase fire damage by 25%, also weapon perks that can increase damage on burning targets by x%. I don't think they'd enable fire to increase healing as it would be counter productive to the above.

    I would however be 110% on board with your poison effect.. +1
