Free Name Change doesn't work

I recently tried to Change my name (bcoz a frind of mine (in global chat) (xCavenDISH) keeeps calling me bradley)

(it said: first name change is free)
So I did and it Didn't change. Can I get a free name change back because this isn't fair

It said "*you're name* is awesome"
Then when I clicked change (free) it the "awesome" message changed to "name already taken"
It still took my free name change though

Still fails as of late July. The thread kind of implies that exiting and re-entering would reset failed attempts at changing name. It doesn’t. So this bug needs to be fixed.

And what’s up with the price for 2nd name change? 1000 pearls? What a rip-off as it probably fails in the same way the free change fails.

Do the admins read threads? How do we officially report bugs?

 

I just changed my name for the first time. I hit the 1000 perls because that’s the only way it worked. I didn’t think it would actually take the pearls. Can I get refund
