Fleeting up question

    I am running into an issue when I fleet up with someone and then leave the fleet I’m not allowed to request to fleet with them again. There is a red dot by there name on the friend list and no option to request to fleet. It kind of makes it difficult to complete there Guide Quests when you aren’t allowed to fleet up with your mates.

    Can someone please explain if I’m doing something wrong.

    The red dot means they are off-line. Yellow means they are in battle, and green means they're on-line out of battle.

    When on is offline (red dot) I think you cannot send fleet up request. I've never tried though. And Don't remember sending one

    If that is the case ... what is the difference between the Friends that are at the top of the Friend Chat with the light color background and the Friends that are further down the list with the back color background?????
