Flare Gun Crits???

    Maybe this happened:
    You shot your flare
    Then you shot blast
    Blast got a crit
    But flare got the kill
    But technically blast crit was your last shot
    And the ship wouldn't have died without the crit

    Why don't you think FG can crit? I always see crit values on my FG ticks - they don't all tick for the exact same damage.

    I thought that was because sometimes when you level a flare, the shown damage doesn’t change but it actually averages out. And a low damage crit, I didn’t shoot my blast cannon on this guy

    that's because of the ±10% RNG that's affecting all weapons, yellows, greens and also bandage (or at least I think) but with exceptions (some duration times, for example the tesla bolt's one is affected)

    it occurs when you kill somebody with flare's initial damage (at least my observation)

    No, this happened to me twice today (never happened before, what a coincidence), and it wasn't by initial shot. Idk what happens.

    if I get it right something (he said "it") affects only battle highlights=triggers crit kill highlight but this something doesn't affect damage dealt by flare thus it's not game changing problem
