Fixers: The repair bolt.

    Noticing that this equipment is rather new, i have some thoughts about it.

    IMHO, the reload time of it is too long.
    Reasoning:
    Compare the damage 2 ships can do to one ship in a timeframe.
    Now consider the repairing speed of this "Repair bolt".

    Why is 1 ship able to outdamage the repair of 1 fixer?
    It should even out imho.
    A team effort of 2 ships should never be allowed to be less as 1 opponent.
    And to be perfectly clear im talking about same strength ships in terms of equipment levels and talents.

    I don't think a fixer is intended to be able to heal at the same rate as a damage dealer. If a fixer could heal at the same rate as damage is being dealt it could create stalemate situations or an imbalance in favour of the fixers.

    As a Fixer we have to place reliance on the team avoiding damage to help compensate for the difference of healing, the more damage they can avoid/mitigate the more effective we are.

    The duration might be long but the healing potential is very strong, it outweighs most of the weapons available bar the heavy hitters.

    Imho, it should indeed create a stalemate, because the repair bolt is the weapon of the fixer, and ofcourse we're talking about 1 weapon on both players.
    If this would not be the case then the fixer would be a neglegted ship.
    Ofcourse we, as a fixer, need other ship types to dish out damage thats completely another issue, im talking job wise we should be equal.

    For those thzt think im trying to favor one type over the others: I play all 5 types that's why i see shortcomings.
