Fixers seem to get lower stars - why? :(

Top of the list but still less stars . I'm used to getting low stars after playing fixer over a year but this takes the cake . Finish mvp but still get less stars . What gives devs

 

Something has been wrong with contribution and stars since the coin event started. I don't know whether it's the sorting on the result screen, the star calculation or both.

 

I felt the same. Even on winning side dealing 14k+ damage with 2+ kills in both matches I get only 2 stars. I saw screenshot where the OP mentioned that one of his team mate did nothing but sat in capture zone whole time dealing 1500 odd damage and got 3 stars.

 

And fixers' healing also can't contribute to guild damage quests... buff fixer!

 

As a fixer you need to put up a decent amount of damage aside from your healing.

Fixer heals are underrated in star calculation so no matter how huge your heals are without decent damage you’re not going to get 2 stars. Try to get some assists and saves. On my experience Fire Bombs give my stars a boost so why not try it out.

But star calculation seems to make fixer contribution less favorable the longer a battle is. I've never had 3 stars on one of those long battles where damage and healing numbers get high, no matter how well I played. The (very rare) moment that I get 3 stars is always either some random short blowout or a capture.

 

if you’re going to watch the replay we finished the game in 1 min 10 secs that’s a big factor i think in that screenshot plus some fire bomb damage

 

Yes, some issue with fixer stars.

 

I would rather see Fixers getting too many stars than too few. They’re always amazing team players. When a Fixer wins, everyone wins. It’s a tough job, they should get more recognition.

 

It was just a blink of an eye and you're already have all those gears and 3500infamy??

 

don't , even if you do that don't change anything about the contribution that damage dealing gives, because fixing is not a personal contributing "my double pulses are useless if i have a bad team ,and they are super powerful if i have a good team " , but the damage i deal is all about me .

 

Fixers get less stars now since the update for cap or kill event. It's noticeably worse than before.

 

this is why i dont use my fixer main in the events, totally useless. my mk2 speeder does 5x better

 

bro...As you said this is not "ordering players correctly". Its clearly showing that fixers not balanced accordingly.
see the performance, i really did hard work to win. but the result is diff with stars. actually i should get better stars. As i saved the games 100%.
The order is correct, but the stars resulting for fixers is incorrect.

2nd, i think the initial display of the result is flawed. try checking it in the battle log and you’ll see the sequence adjusted. happens to me too go give it a try.

 

Is this what you gotta do to get 2 and 3 stars as a fixer lol. Guess I wasn't really mvp then either. @ grimrepair

 

Games with fixers are often longer and I dont' like that so I agree with current system. Beside too much healers will make the game boring...

 

It's not whether there are many fixers on the bay or not; it's fixers not getting the stars that they rightfully deserve.
